Our annual general meeting was held on 15th May 2008 at 5.00 p.m. (4.00 p.m. BST), the Notice of Annual General Meeting can be found in the 2007 Annual Report.
Following the 2008 Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2008 the Company held an Extraordinary General Meeting at 5.30 p.m. (4.30 p.m. BST).
