Fundamental to the Group's success has been its technology-based culture focused on reliability and scalability to accommodate its rapid growth. The strong technology background of key members of the Group's management team, together with the engineering and technical resources in Hyderabad, have led to investments in scalable, safe and top tier technologies.

PartyGaming's software and technology infrastructure needs to be able to handle huge volumes of customer transactions, all happening simultaneously and in real time.

The Group owns and operates its own proprietary systems platform, which gives it more control in order to respond quickly to competitive challenges and has enabled it to establish a reputation for having products and back-end systems that are robust.

The Group's IT systems and infrastructure are located in Gibraltar, India, Alderney and the UK.

Customer growth

PartyGaming has achieved rapid and significant growth and in the six months to 30 June 2007 had over 768,000 unique active real money players that are all outside of the US.

Management

The Group's executive management is based in Gibraltar. Reporting to the CEO and CFO is an executive committee comprising senior personnel responsible for key business areas such as individual gaming products, marketing, technology, human resources and finance. This committee meets formally each week when key business issues are reviewed and discussed.
